   Hi there!  Thank you for visiting my website.  I am a full time Realtor® working with home buyers, sellers and investors in Central Texas.  I provide many services to my clients.  I hope you will find my website as a valuable source to you in your research.  If you are a buyer, I'll guide you through the process providing information on locating schools, neighborhood demographics, road development, and community services. For sellers, I will provide you with a customized competitve market analysis for your home and your neighborhood.  I will design a marketing plan that meets your needs in selling your home or property-utilizing many avenues of advertising with a high tech edge.  For investors I specialize in vacant land and rentals and can assist you with all your real estate investment questions. I've prepared a cash flow analysis spreadsheet designed to help you analyze properties efficiently.  I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAOR). I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, and I am a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. In addition, I am a Certified Negotiation Expert - a designation only 1% of Realtors hold! 

After investing in real estate for several years, I left my job as an engineer designing cell phone batteries with a fortune 500 company to pursue a career in real estate.  I have always enjoyed investing in the real estate market and now I get to do what I love full time!
